Middle Affiliate Manager

As an affiliate manager, you will be managing relationships with existing publishers as well as building new business relationships

What you do:

• Manage and build a diversified portfolio of affiliates.
• Grow and maintain revenue of affiliates provided by the network.
• Manage and request campaigns for clients.
• Follow up and analysis of campaigns performance.
• Validation of monthly revenue generated by clients .
• Analyze sales reports to track and forecast the revenue opportunities for affiliate partners.
• Understanding of trends in the market, recognition of partner needs.
• Analyze sales, conversion rates, traffic and monitor potential fraud.

We expect from you:

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with affiliates in similar companies.
• Strong management and understanding of basic metrics used in the performance/affiliation industry (CR%, EPC, CPL, CPM, CPS).
• Comprehension of main verticals in the affiliate industry market (E-com, Insurance, sweepstakes, etc..).
• Possibility of bringing their current portfolio of affiliates.
• Strong understanding of Data analysis and negotiation skills.
• Working with performance/tracking platforms like voluum, affise, everflow or others.
• Excellent management of Microsoft Excel.
• Being a team player and willing to work with a multicultural team.
• Being a proactive person and good at multitasking.

Middle Media Buyer

As a Media Buyer, you will be managing multiple client accounts with varying daily ad spend amounts. You will be working closely with a strong team of Media Buyers, Account Managers and Creatives to generate the best possible results for your clients through paid media campaigns

What you do:

• Take full ownership of projects and hold themselves accountable for the client's success, treating each client account as if it was their own business.
• Understand that Media Buying is not a 9 to 5 job and that Google and Facebook never sleeps.
• Have a real passion for Google ads and Facebook Ads.
• Understand the pain of stalled ads, campaign scaling, and testing but still get a kick out of cracking lower cost per conversion, higher click-through rates and hacking ad set optimisations.
• Be familiar with (and know the difference between) lookalikes, custom audiences, CPM’s, manual bidding, and all different creative variants in Facebook.
• Advance knowledge of optimizations, audience generations and bidding strategy on Google Ads ( Shopping, Youtube, display, etc).
• Knowledge of A/B testing strategy.
• Know how to put creative ideas into action with each specific brand at the forefront of their thinking. Understand the importance of this when they need to create ads on Google and Facebook.

We expect from you:

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience running Google and Facebook Ads.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in eCommerce.
• Experienced in managing $30k+ budgets per month on Google and Facebook, with a strong track record of proven results within the eCommerce, lead generation, etc.
• Strong understanding of Data Analysis and negotiation skills.
• Good technical knowledge (HTML) will be highly desirable.
• Perfect knowledge of the different performance-based pricing models (CPA, CPL, CPS, etc.)
• knowledge to building high performing ads.
• Have worked in a team environment before and enjoyed it.
• Google Display, Shopping and Facebook Media Buying Certification.

Junior Account Manager

As an account manager in the new affiliates department, you will be carrying out the research, prospecting and onboarding of new affiliates as well as managing a daily relationship with them.

• Handle review, approval and onboarding of new affiliates that sign up in the system.
• Hunt new affiliates through different platforms.
• Work with the system CRM for prospecting affiliates.
• Report and update about the new affiliates necessities and requests.
• Grow and maintain revenue of affiliates onboarded. 
• Validation of monthly revenue generated by affiliate.
• Analyze sales, conversion rates, traffic and monitor potential fraud.
• Communication with the marketing department.

We expect from you:

• From 6 months to 2 years of professional experience.
• Excellent management of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken are mandatory.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn premium, STM, MyMediaAds, Odigger, Offervault, Telegram, Skype.
• Intellectual curiosity, hard-working and a good business intuition.
• Strong management and understanding of basic metrics used in the performance/affiliation industry (CR%, EPC, CPL, CPM, CPS).
